To participate in the ‘2008 Martin Luther – Festival of Choirs’ please send your application to Trump Tours, Inc.,
220 N. Walton Blvd., Bentonville, AR, 72712, USA.

Application:

The application must be accompanied by the following:

1. $100 non-refundable application fee

2. Application – Filled out in English

3. Biography and picture of the choir

4. Biography and picture of the conductor

5. Recording of the choir (recorded within the last 2 years)

6. Tentative music selections for individual choir concerts

Acceptance:

The choirs will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

After your choir is accepted you will receive an official invitation/welcome letter.

The first deposit of $200 per person is due 3 weeks after acceptance.

Closing Date:

Deadline for registration to participate in the 2008 Martin Luther Festival of Choirs is December 1, 2007.

Music:

For the individual choir concert at the Augustinian Abbey you may perform between 20-30 minutes (depending on the number of choirs participating). The music selection must be sacred and must be submitted for approval. Please send a tentative repertoire with application. Your final repertoire must be submitted with final payment.

For the mass sing on Saturday, you will receive the music; one per choir member once the first deposit is received.

Before the mass sing, each choir will have the opportunity to sing 10-15 minutes.

Requirements

All participating choirs are obligated to participate in all the rehearsals and in the mass sing.

Payment Schedule (per person):

1. Deposit:              $200 Due 3 weeks after you receive the invitation letter

2. Deposit               $200 Due Dec 1

Final Payment:        Due Feb 1

Cancellation Policy (per person):

Until Nov 30:     $100 Non-Refundable

Dec 1 – Feb 1:  $300 Non-Refundable

After Feb 1:      100% Non-refundable

The amounts for the payment schedule and cancellation policy will change if you decide to take the pre-/post tour and opt to have Trump Tours make the flight arrangements.

Insurance:

We strongly recommend that everyone protects their vacation investment with travel insurance.  We recommend TravelGuard Essential comprehensive travel protection plan.  The details are provided on the registration brochure.

Airfare:

Trump Tours will be glad to arrange the airfare for your group.

Changes:

The itinerary is subject to change. Locations of performance might be changed if urgent matters require this. This is an agreed condition of entry and participation.

Suggested Extensions:

We suggest you take this opportunity to visit other beautiful and historic sites in Germany or its surrounding countries. Trump Tours will gladly help you arrange these additional days. We can also arrange further concerts for your choir. Please refer to the sheet “Recommended Extensions” (Berlin, Muenich, Frankfurt) for sample itineraries. We gladly customize itineraries to your needs.
