“I want to wake up in a city that doesn’t sleep,
…….” Visit one of the
most fascinating cities in the world, New York City, and visit the most
famous street in the world “Broadway”. Then discover the capital of
the US Washington DC.
Day 1
Depart Cincinnati, New York City
Depart Cincinnati on flight (not included) to New York City.
After arrival embark on a half-day
city tour. See Times Square, Rockefeller Center, the Empire State
Building, 5th Avenue, Wall Street, Central Park and so much
more. Rest of afternoon at your leisure to explore this amazing city. Take
the opportunity to see one of the wonderful Broadway Shows (not included
in price, but we are glad to help you organize tickets for your group).
Overnight New York City.
Day 2
New York City – Liberty & Freedom
Breakfast at hotel. Half
day tour of Statue of Liberty
and Ellis Island (incl. ferry). Ellis Island holds the key to US
history, with documents of the first immigrant’s arrival. Afternoon at
your leisure. Evening option to do a “Yacht dinner cruise” fine dining
and sailing on the Hudson River with dancing and awesome views of NY
skyline (optional) or to see another Broadway Show. Return to hotel.

Day 3
NYC, Philadelphia, Washington DC
After breakfast depart with a deluxe motorcoach to Washington
DC. Stop in Philadelphia, the social and geographical center of the
original 13 American colonies. It was a centerpiece of early American
history, host to many of the ideas and actions that gave birth to the
American Revolution and independence. It was the most populous city of the
young United States. Continue to DC. Today we will see
the White House before traveling along Pennsylvania
Avenue, the grand boulevard connecting the White House and Capitol
Hill, to view the impressive U.S.
Capitol and the venerable Supreme Court.
We continue on to the Library
of Congress for a self guided tour.
Learn about the Library’s collections and architecture, and enjoy
a panoramic perspective the Historic Reading Room from the viewing area.
Check into your Washington DC area hotel. Overnight Washington DC area.

Day 4
Washington DC
Following breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the
national monuments and memorials of Washington D.C. Begin your tour at the Arlington
National cemetery, final resting place for many national heroes. Pay
tribute to the Shuttle Columbia
astronauts at the new memorial dedicated to the members, as well as to
John F. Kennedy, at the eternal
flame that marks his gravesite. View
the stately monuments for Washington,
Jefferson and Lincoln, and stop to walk through the newest memorial,
dedicated to the veterans of World
War II. Perform a concert in the
DC area. The remainder of the day and evening are at leisure to
follow personal interests. Many
of you might want to visit the wonderful Smithsonian
museums. Farewell dinner in a typical American restaurant. Overnight
Washington DC area. (B, D)
Day 5
Depart for home
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport. Depart for home. (B)
